First call
We agree the scope and sign an NDA. The 10-working-day clock starts from this call.

2-3 calls, ~90 min in total
We go through how you work today. We need someone who can answer questions, and copies of the spreadsheets you actually use.

Report
PDF, 12-20 pages. You get it whether or not we carry on together.

90-minute walkthrough
We go through the findings together and answer questions. Afterwards you decide whether we continue.
03Price and terms
- €1,200, fixed price (MB Rebi is not VAT registered).
- 10 working days from the first call.
- Payment within 14 days of the report being delivered.
- The audit is assessment only — nothing in your systems is changed.
- The report is yours to keep, whether or not we carry on.
- The full audit fee is credited against the system price if we start within 60 days.
What is not included
- Development work, deployment and integrations.
- Access to your live systems — it is not needed.
What we need from you
- 2-3 calls, about 90 minutes in total.
- Copies of the spreadsheets you actually use.
- A few real order or message examples.
- One person who can answer questions.

Because it is work, not a sales call: 2-3 interviews, analysis of your data and a 12-20 page report. A paid audit also means the conclusion is written for you, rather than to sell you something. If we start work within 60 days, the full fee is credited against the system price.
That is exactly when it fits. The audit needs no technical specification — it needs you to describe how you work today. The priority list is the answer to "where do we start".
No. The report is yours and you can take it to any other supplier. There is no obligation to continue.
Only me. An NDA is signed before we begin, ahead of any data changing hands. The audit needs no access to your live systems — copies and examples are enough.
